The Event is in the Great Hall of the Conference Center in Building 12. 
This event does not require a ticket to attend and is open to the public. 
These tickets are for vendors and those wishing to set up a table at the event. 
Each organization, business, or information booth will only need one single ticket.  
We ask that these booths be purely informational.
The single ticket will reserve a table for you and two chairs for your table. 
This is an indoor event. We will have ASL interpreters at this event. 

Parking is Free under building 12.  Food and snacks will be determined by the level of funds we are able to secure for this event by June 2024.
Setup will be at 12:00pm / Event will be from 1:00pm - 4:00pm
